DAT SIMPLE Apparel — Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All DAT SIMPLE Apparel products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our production partners for printing and fulfillment.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.
Please keep in mind that production time and shipping time are separate.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
You will receive tracking information as it becomes available for each shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply to reproduce or reship the order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopdatsimple.com. We will make every reasonable effort to correct it before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control.
If your tracking information shows a delivery problem, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@shopdatsimple.com with your order number and we'll help determine the appropriate next step.
